Raily 4 for Windows and macOS

Raily 4 was the current version from 2001 until 2026, when Raily 5 took over. It came in three editions over that time:

Raily 4 (4.0), for Windows, written in Delphi.
Raily 4 SE, also Delphi and Windows: rebuilt because 4.0 did not run on Windows Vista.
Raily 4 UE, rebuilt with Lazarus, for Windows and for the first time for macOS. This is the edition you download here.
