Thomas M. Frey
Author of Raily, the model railway layout planner: he wrote its first version for DOS in the early 1990s, founded Enigon Software in 1997 to publish it, and has developed it ever since.
Raily and Enigon Software
Raily began as a CAD program for model railroads under DOS and was rebuilt for every generation of Windows that followed, later also for Mac OS.
